Can There Ever Be A Christian - Christian Presidential Ticket In Nigeria? by Uchesis(op): 7:58pm On Jul 13
Since a Muslim - Muslim ticket is operational in Nigeria today, can we also expect the reverse scenario in the nearest future ?

Will the North agree to this?

The Hypocrisy of the North will not allow it.
The docility of the south made Muslim-Muslim possible.

We had a Christian-Christian ticket in 1979. Guess what, it was the Ibos that voted against that ticket.

In fact, Shagari had to rely on the 12 2/3rd mathematical ingenuity to win. They came very close to winning. With a little support from our Ibo brothers back then, they would have won. But no, they chose to sabotage the ticket. Now, they are angry because the core north refused to sabotage the Muslim - Muslim ticket.

Lol. Wonders shall never end. Seunmsg is now in love with the core North and is busy hawking and promoting the Muslim-Muslim ticket like gala. Is that what the core North told you? A ticket that Tinubu himself kept stalling on until the last minute. What happened to the "Southern unity" pathway? No wonder Sunday Igboho suddenly disappeared like the fart of a leprous witch along with his plans to expel all Fulanis from Yorubaland. Time is a gentleman.

Yes, the blame goes on..

I bet it was also Ibos that told Tinubu to throw away his support for Sovereign national conference (SNC) which he championed when GEJ was president.

Suddenly, he thinks every Nigerian has forgotten about his previous stance on national confab.. grin

I still have his interview were he was condemning GEJ's CONFAB and asking for SNC, now he is president, he has developed amnesia about it.... grin

The blame is not on GEJ that spent a year after the confab but never implement it,but its on Tinubu that that came 8years after.

Kano once voted for such a ticket. Kano is around half of the NW
The NW and the SW form over 60 percent of voters and the SW can vote for such a ticket

Islam isn't viable in the SE so why should they have prominent Muslim politicians? It is the same way Christianity isn't viable in Zamfara, Sokoto, Katsina, Kebbi, Jigawa in the NW but only in Kaduna
