This company needs to get its act together.

Its main shareholder is the largest brewer in the world. And yet it has kept making losses, year after year - for several years undecided

Decide if you want to play here or not.

They used loans to expand and banks can't take less than ten percent per annum. The expansion was much. If they borrowed say 200 million dollars, it means they will be paying interests over 20 million dollars every year. That isn't easy. If they sell those loans, people will buy them, take management positions and be ok with less than five percent returns and the company will return to profit

The company is relatively debt free now (compared to the big pit it dug itself into some years ago). It has to start making money and it has to do so fast.

Promotional material and press releases never fail to mention that the company is backed by the world's largest brewer. But where is the impact of the parent company? undecided

International Breweries has raised money from the capital markets several times over several years - without paying 1 kobo in dividends. That has to change.

I think the company is making money, it is just not paying dividends because the debt is reducing as you pointed out. However a law should be made saying any company that is running and is able to pay salaries must also pay dividends. That law is important. Shareholders invested to feed themselves too

Last year was the first time the company made profit in many, many years. The profit wasn't enough to pay a dividend though.
