Though it's my fault but is there anything I can do.
It's a POS withdrawal, I didn't pay attention to the failed transaction and just counted 24500 and gave him.

Contact your bank and report it. The card should be flagged.

You will always get your money back. Meanwhile in Johnson Suleiman's voice, " Lead us not into temptation is better than deliver us from all evil". Meaning, prevention is better than cure.

The transaction was declined due to insufficient funds in the customer's account, but the op didn't pay attention to it,he thought the transaction was successful hence giving the customer the amount he required for.

Op, the guy knew beforehand that his account balance was insufficient.

This is the kind of mistakes you don't do when you're a POS operator. You don't hand out cash before confirming that a transaction is successful and has reflected on your balance.
I sympathize with you cause the way it is now there's nothing you can do except if you can locate the customer and tell him about the declined transaction and recover your money from him.
