which is difficult because for instance iran relies on china's beidou positioning while turkey relies on gps

There was a somehow genuine intel that iran used the plane to bring in Underwater mine experts from iran to train the yemenis and be ready for orders on how to lay and deploy mines in strait of Bab-el-Mandeb to close up the Red sea incase of continous US attacks and probably a ground invasion.
