My pellow kwantirimans let me be the first person to bear this long overdue good news. The Nigerian military, in collaboration with innovative civilian defense contractors, recently displayed the precise targeting accuracy, speed, maneuverability and destructive might of suicide drones made entirely in Nigeria. This is a landmark development clearly inspired by Ukraine's astonishing feats in affordable drone warfare, that will soon redefine the term "force multiplier" in Nigeria's ongoing war on terror.

For those who are not familiar with the term, a "suicide" drone, also known as a "kamikaze" drone, is designed to chase down and detonate on impact with a fast moving target such as a car, motorcycle, or even a running and ducking soldier. This, my pellow kwantirimans, is the drone variety that will soon become the worst nightmare for members of Nigeria's kidnapping and slave-raiding gangs.

For the first time, it will be possible for a tiny drone, controlled by a remote "pilot" located miles away, to duck and weave between trees, and thus zero in on specific targeted terrorists like a robotic killer bee, so as to blow the fleeing target to pieces WITHOUT affecting any innocent captives in the vicinity. The term "game changer" has been so overused recently as to become a trite cliché, yet this new drone innovation now being tested by the Nigerian military has the potential to END the kidnapping epidemic currently ravaging Nigeria, in a matter of months from the time this new generation of small, highly maneuverable, surgically precise, cheap and deadly drones go into widespread use in the war on terror and kidnapping.

Poverty is a global problem but we are talking here about law enforcement efforts to combat terrorism and curtail kidnapping. From this perspective, the drone initiative shown in the above video is for the benefit of ALL Nigerians because even the poor are no longer spared by kidnap gangs.

In many pats of Nigeria today, farmers have abandoned their crops because the kidnapping slave-raiders are stalking remote farms to kidnap simple farmers who have never seen one million naira cash in their entire lives. So my brethren, this new chapter in Nigerian drone warfare is to be applauded by every human being who calls Nigeria home.

Of course we are happy but the simple question is, are they ready to end these insurgencies They know those behind it and the simple way to kill a snake is to cut off the head. Are they ready to cut off the head? They should stop playing politics with human lives that's so precious than any gem stone

What we need is political will to fight the bandits and terrorist .

Nigeria army is over capable to do it.

The bandits and terrorists are ALREADY using drones to try and attack the Nigerian army, which makes it all the more urgent for the Nigerian military to develop their own drone strike force to better prosecute this war on terror.

This is what I have been advocating for since 2020. Thank God it is becoming a reality.


Nigerian government needs to hurry up so that we can reduce casualties among our military fighting insurgents. We dont need to be exposing our soldiers unnecessarily to those ragtag terrorists when we can get better results using drone technology

The soldiers facing terrorists will be delighted now that they can use drones to fight smart, and with far less risk to their lives.
