pls stop twisting what I wrote. I felt the pains of the victims kidnapped in Oyo. All I'm saying is that I felt a ransom was paid to the kidnappers and they were released. There was no rescue. So the govt can also pay ransom to the kidnappers in Kogi to release the victims. Pls stop twisting what I wrote.
Kidnapping continue since the govt keep paying ransom without stopping the menace
