Preaching the gospel is not nuisance in public space. You can enlighten the preacher if he's too loud or disturbing but it's not okay to criminalize it. How does preaching in a bus affect road safety BTW?

It is nuisance just like someone playing music (maybe even sexual oriented music) or let's say a sorcerer casting spell in the bus loudly.....because you're comfortable with it doesn't mean it is right....churches and other places/platforms available to do those things exist for a reason.

i expected you'll use absurdities. Preaching is not a nuisance, neither does it affect road safety. If you are advocating for silence, then it should be made totally, consultatively and thoroughly. Playing music in cars, all kinds of loud talk including conductor screaming, external loud speakers nationwide, sirens, outside parties and tents, political campaigns, anything that exceeds a certain prescribed decibel should all be criminalized nationwide. That way, everything is balanced and we are all comfortable, not targeted and senseless.
