They are scared of national revolt, backed by International community against Nigeria judiciary. "Status quo be restored", maybe this word have spiritual meaning!

Why wasn't the EFCC or whatever agency notified to go after the source? ... instead of sitting and watching the news spread then coming out at making a public statement? To this moment... no attempt to go after the source. What does that tell us? Nigeria needs a coup.

It seems nobody knew about NDC until Mr Peter Obi joined
NDC is new.

It was most likely formed specifically for this.

The statement said "it neither handled nor determined any case relating to the registration or deregistration of the party or any other political party in Nigeria." If this is true, then there is a bigger problem that awaits NDC. This by implication means that Senator Dickson forged a court judgement that forced INEC to register NDC as a political party.

In Nigeria, the APC has destroyed democracy, destroyed the judiciary, destroyed the Independent National Electoral Commission, destroyed the Legislature, destroyed the Middle class.
And erasing the middle class completely

By the time this tinubu regime is done with democracy, the courts and the national Assembly there may be no rule of law, honor and integrity left

I knew they'd make a You-Turn the moment trump said they're monitoring the 2027 elections closely. This message was delivered after the warped kogi court ruling

APC better start preparing for elections and stop all these gimmicks. Whoever sold the idea to Tinubu that he can run unopposed in a country like Nigeria needs to be arrested. No matter what APC does the ppl must decide who pilots the affairs of this country come 2027
Re: Kogi High Court Denies Issuing Order Deregistering NDC by regenerateman(m): 8:16am On Jul 17
Are you talking of a state High court or federal high Court? There is a difference between the two. The news is mentioning High court and I've also seen the picture of a high Court. This case involves INEC which is the defendant here and can not be handled by a state High court except a federal high Court. Don't just put our news on the Internet. Do due diligence first! A very poor journalistic work.

So which court and judge instructed INEC to register NDC which the commission obeyed?

Who has the power to register a political party...INEC or the judiciary?

It's mischievous and still hilarious that you claimed Dickson Forged a court order judgement that INEC was present and complied with.

Do me a favour.....👇👇

You didn't read that NDC dragged INEC to court, Court in Lokoja ordered the registration of NDC after scrutiny. Obi wouldn't have forge any document. NDC is carefully designed for this.

I am not the cause of your frustration, lack of comprehension, and hunger. The statement in quote in my previous message is contained in the post under discussion. And hey, boy, don't expect more attention from me, at least for today.

I told one of the gullible fellows among us here that they are not able to deregister NDC for some legal reasons, and infact they don't even have much time again to plan the successful outcome they desire against the party he thought I was one like him who has no understanding.
