This is the work of Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel. Immediately Elon Musk speak against Ramaphosa and that ICC case.
Bobs.... Mafia things dey happen for this world oooooo.
The first xenophobia riots in SA happened 18 years ago. It's an ongoing problem. Long before trump dreamed of taking over USA.

The bounce effect of these acts will be bloody!
It wont be funny at all, if their Govt dont take serious measures, SA is going to be next Zimbabwe, especially as whites are granted entrace into US for permanent migration. That country may collapse in the next 10 years.

From South Africa to London, from Lagos to Belfast, the pattern is remarkably similar. It's usually the poor, wretched, barely educated and ignorant lot who always believe that successful 'outsiders' in their community are the source of their problems.

Now these ones have possessed the shop of a migrant, believing they have become 'successful' and are now enjoying the fruits of their labour. But a week later, they return to their wretchedness and hunger, and when there're no more migrants to attack or blame, they resort to attacking each other. Same recurring pattern!

Nothing will happen. Let their government calm down and tell people to start coming back to South Africa and you will be surprised how people will be queueing at their embassy again.

They will definitely pay for this. They think what they are doing is normal way of life. When it will start happening, even their children will not understand where it's coming from. There's spiritual side to everything we do

I feel all Africans should abandon South Africa for tourism.

They should enjoy. They should learn how to run the business while at it.

Not true sir, do your calculation again abeg.
Thank you for the correction. I've updated my original post.

My point is simple. I want people to complain less and build more. Instead of only talking about our problems, let's look for ways to solve them. And whenever there are genuine government programmes, let's key into them.

If there aren't any, or they're not transparent, build something people can invest in. If your idea can make money, friends and investors with capital will gladly back you.

Criminal is always a criminal, they can only disguise it as anti immigrant protest but they will still show their real selves and intentions. undecided

A viral video is making the rounds, showing a group of young South African men chilling inside a township spaza shop — an informal corner store — after locals reportedly seized it from its immigrant owner.

In the clip, they are seen relaxing, smoking hookah, eating snacks, drinking, and filming the entire moment. One man in a white bucket hat speaks directly to the camera, appearing to claim ownership of the shop.

The footage has stirred fresh debate about South Africa’s deep frustrations with immigrant-run businesses, especially spaza shops owned by migrants from countries such as Nigeria, Somalia, and Ethiopia. Some locals argue that foreigners have crowded out opportunities and are affecting the township economy. Critics, however, describe such takeovers as outright looting and xenophobic vigilantism.

The shop already appears almost empty, raising questions about whether those who took over the business have the knowledge or know-how to run it profitably. Instead, it now looks more like a place where people are simply enjoying the moment, with no clear long-term plan to operate, grow, or make the business successful. The shop appears to be heading in the wrong direction.

At its core, the incident points to bigger issues, including high unemployment, economic desperation, and growing anti-foreigner sentiment in some communities.

Where are those South Africans on this platform (Randigital, Samantha and co)? Let them come and share their thoughts about this video and what they think their fellow country men are doing?

A very dangerous precedent has already been set. Black South Africans are the worst of the bunch. They have the lowest record for anything positive in South Africa- HDI, companies owned, Life expectancy, education etc.

In South Africa it's the whites at the top, every other race in the middle and the black South Africans at the bottom.

If you love the Nat Geo Wild program Snakes in the City, you'll see this disparity on display. The white neighborhoods are always well-kept, then the Indians and the coloreds. But the Black neighborhood, almost always dirty. I mean lacking resources does not automatically translate to being unsanitary.

They're only good at looting maiming, raping, killing, spreading AIDS and bragging about the achievements of the whites. The best governed province in South Africa are run by the whites. Left to these nincompoops, South Africa would be worst than DRC.
Though i detest the xenophobic attacks in South Africa, what you said is wrong, demeaning and cruel

Nigerians threw out Ghanians in the 80s, complaining they had taken over the jobs, while the real problem was a collapsing oil price. Does that mean Nigerians are or were evil people?A lot of xenophobia is usually steeped in ignorance from both sides. The locals see the immigrants or their descendants as parasites, while the immigrants see the locals as lazy and unenterprising, and that the economy would collapse without them.

I wish i could go indepth but i got work to do.

Honestly there's something wrong with the average African man. They don't realize the precedent they are setting.

So, what's next?
You can take a donkey to the river, but you can't force him to take a bath...South Africans don't have what it takes to replace or overcome the major negative impact of chasing all these hard working folks out of their country.

Only time will tell; lets continue to watch the movies.

Honestly I don't know what to say to these xenophobic people again, they are just worst than anything on earth. I wish those white people didn't grant them independence.

Enough of this hasty generalization!
Enough!!!
Speak directly to the culprits.
Say, there's something wrong with an average South African man and not "African man".
The emphasis should be on "South African Man".
DON'T MIND THEM.

EVERYTHING IS AN EXCUSE FOR THEM TO PROCLAIM THEIR RACIAL INFERIORITY COMPLEX.

South African government turn a blind eye to all these, you said?
Blind eye ke! Zenophobic attack on immigrants is official foreign policy of the present South African government.
What you see those guys doing there in that immigrant shop is a government backed policy that they are implementing.

As you are now in Naija, pursue somebody out of his shop by force (weda foreigner or indigene ) if police will not pick you up immediately to cool your feed in their cell.
Because it is a crime here, but over there, their government makes such a barbaric act a civic duty instead of a crime.
It is terrible!
wow, no wonder
