Good evening. Please kindly help out having rhinosinusitis have tried antibiotic nasal spray yet no solution.. Please help a brother.. Am dying in pain,headache and inflammation.. Life is not comfortable. |

I battled this for a long time also. Luckily you already know the cause. You can start with saline(salt water spray) to clear the congestion causing the headache and inflammation. More important, urgently book and meet any ENT specialist near you |
