Guy rest. Excecise is important no doubt. Especially for fitness. But no matter the level the exercise and work out, it's irrelevant if the gene pool isn't excellent.


Good gene pool is the foundation on which you can build anything else. You can spend all your life in the gene and still look awkward.


That's why you have some 20 year olds looking 50 and some 50 year olds looking 26. It's not the gym basically but the gene.


If the gene is good you are probably good to go with very little or even absolutely no effort.


Stop arguing with me.

Great gene also enhances physique a lot. You can hit the gym 247/Daily and still look like dunlop tyre. Working out is great, ABS exercise is lovely but would be a plus if you dare have a great gene. Have you seen people that aren't gym animal but well trimmed and all that toned body? I am one, I do work out but just probably 2/3 times in a week but thanks to great Gene. People keep asking me to take it easy on the gym o cos of my physique.

For people saying good gene and aging gracefully, go and check the amount of time she put in exercising. She works out like her life depends on it. The trio of workout, good food and rest is a bomb.

Back when I was young I used to regard 55 as 'very old'..

Now it's normal. I can even date a 65 yr old today..

You didn't add that she'll be celebrating it with Lagos Food Bank by giving out free stuffs to women

You can also volunteer at the Lagos Food Bank to help in distribution of food and other items to elderly men and women in rural communities
