Please I need help with location to settle outside of Ogun and Lagos states. My remote job pays me 300k and I still make some gigs money as a multi instrumentalist and beat maker. I want anywhere in Oyo state and Osun. This states are cnter to circumference of my gigs. Please help. Please state the cost of a room sefl- con rent in a medium rate area. No high end rent please. Thank you in advance.

Ibadan has the cheapest cost of living in the southwest. Rent is not the only cost, you should consider food cost, transportation and business opportunities too. Ibadan ticks the box more than others. |

If you wan live fine on 300k, go places like ilesha where you can get everything cheaper. Ibadan rent is quite on the high side |
