The money Iran received as a result of the JCPOA deal was Iran's money that was stolen by America so It is nobody's business when it comes to how Iran chose to spend its money. There's is no international treaty banning any country from building ballistic missile. America, Israel and many countries have it.

Has Trump been able to fix the problem now since the JCPOA deal was flawed according to you. This war lacks goal and defined strategy now Trump does not even understand how to address the nuclear issue. Today he brags of destroying the nuclear program tomorrow he is asking Iranians to hand over the enriched Uranium. He is now focused on strait of Hormuz.

It is a pity he allowed Netanyahu and AIPAC to draw him into this mess.

We will have loose nuclear material falling into the hands of radical splinter factions in the Middle East.
