The account was frozen as a result of the investigation into the funds. After President Tinubu took them to court, the account was unfrozen and the strange monies were forfeited to the US government via a court order.

If you have proof that the judgement was in error or you know who owned the monies forfeited, go and inform the US government.

Also please tell us which amounts were repeatedly paid in, or tell us how many times monies were paid in as you seem to have this information. Or send us a link to where you got the information.
