I’m sure many people are not aware that the CEO of Enugu Air is Yoruba.

The CEO of Enugu Air is a Yoruba woman and I’ve never heard Enugu people complain about where she’s from. The other people would have been threatening fire and brimstone.

What's the difference between you and those you're calling out. If you die at the altar of ethnicity, tribalism and regionalism then you have done yourself and your family great disservice. Most elites look beyond that shallowness and peach with talent, capability and class niche among lots just to stay afloat and give the distance widening between the have and have not. We as igbos should stop giving out jobs that can be done by fellow igbos to those whose uncles caused a genocide that gulped well over 5 million igbo lives. It makes no sense. This kind of political correctness is uncalled for...

In a well reputable company as enugu air. They need experienced, competence and exposure individual that can handle such position. I think enugu air finds every quality mentioned above in that yoruba woman.

As a Muslim and a Northerner, I have flown Enugu Air several times.

If you knew Enugu Air jobs was solely for Igbo people, why didn't you tell the rest of us not to ever fly Enugu Air

Honestly, I hope people understand that “CEO” doesn’t automatically mean “owner.” A CEO is literally an employee hired to run the company, not the person who owns it. Plenty of businesses have CEOs who were appointed because they’re qualified, experienced, and capable, not because they founded the place.

There’s nothing weird or suspicious about the appointment. If the person can do the job, that’s what matters. Folks just like to mix up titles and ownership for no reason.
