Union is not collecting money upandan, Union is primary for co-ordinating, planning and regulating the affairs of members ... Bannning nurtw activities in a state motor park does not mitigate the primary function of National union to her members anywhere

Lets be sincere, how many news have we seen Nurtw fighting to protect real drivers sef, or it is always about money nd making more money off the real drivers

Did you read where it said the Government placed a temporary ban on them due to the rival factions fighting and causing breakdown of law and order in the state ?
Another thing it was suspended in Oyo and even in MC Lagos why is Osun state own raising dusts?

The activities of Agbero going about as NURTW is not constitutional, you are in someone's state and you are challenging his authority.

The govern-nor (authority in a constitutional landscape)
President is just to preside over a country while governor is to take charge of his/her landscape and give authority as he/she constitutionally deem fit.

MoU between AGBERO & INEC must stop, as a first step to having a credible election.

Gov. Adeleke must stand his ground, this is going to be a big fight and let's see Tinubu's support behind his children as he did behind Wike against Simp Fubara. Other governors like Makinde should join Adeleke in this fight.

The insecurity in OYO should be a lesson to other governors, what they think is affecting others is a proverbial message to them in preparation.

Section 14(2)(b) (duty to protect citizens),
Section 5(2) (executive powers),
Section 45(1) (lawful restriction for public order/safety),

This is basically because there's a threat to public safety. It has nothing to do with the state politics, Gov Ademola has been very accommodating. The issue is the in fighting within the Union to take over the park and I think the Union have to grow up and stop being used as a political tool and figure out a way to run their activities without alignment to any political group.
