150m saved.
70m (assumption not real figures) in total of unpaid contracts (because they are not yet finished).
U hand over to the next governor....
U told him.... I saved 150m in the bank....
U also told him, I have a total of 70m worth of unfinished jobs... I didn't pay because the jobs are not finished....

I know government is all about continuity but if the incoming governor takes 70m out of the 150m to pay for the projects when they are completed, how much savings did Peter obi leave eventually??

I cannot vote for thief all because he uses our money to build roads and then taxes us on the roads to collect the money back and leave the entire country in humongous debt.
