One thing about communists countries is that their laws are strict and security is heavily enforced that even their citizens and forced to cooperate or vanish... Now imagine what will happen to you?

Atleast in democratic Nations or western words, some human rights activists can pick interest in your matter and protest to make the government uncomfortable but see totalitarian countries, you go gree blood.

If Nigerian universities are well run, there will be Chinese students coming for their PhDs here. When I was an undergraduate at ife there were North Africans that were in the department opposite mine that were my seniors as undergraduates. The presence of one good scholar as staff in one department in a Nigerian university can attract PhD students from all over the world and when they finish they can get a job in the country and stay. That is how it works. In the 70s there were Americans and Europeans doing undergraduate studies in UI and etc

Relocation is not for everyone bros. The grass is not greener on the other side but only greenest wherever God places you or wants you to be. Many people wants to relocate in a hurry but what truly determines a person success in a place is the spirits that walks with him. If it's a bad spirit, changing location will not change the situation.

Don't start with importation.
Let him start small and then, once he's made something out of it, you can't consider it.

Also, if you want to give him 25M, tell him it's 8M you have. Ask him how he wants to multiply the money profitably.

For the adorable Nigerians (you know yourselves) that will listen to this 3mpTy vessel especially for those whose only language is hustle hustle, just know this is a sure way for you to languish in Asia and start doing all sort of crime. A rule of thumb for you should be to check the flight ticket, actually look up how much it will cost you to convert your tourist visa to a more permanent option, check if you can independently survive on your own for at least 8 months factoring in rent, feeding, transport costs and miscellaneous cost. Go to China with 7 million and expect to suffer more than a church mouse, take it from a person who has lived in different parts of Asia for the last 17 years, there are no jobs geared towards Africans immigrants except they demonstrate an exceptionally high skill of the local language and have a degree in a specialized field to go with it, they literally have to prove to ministry of works why they are employing a foreigner any time a work visa is being processed. Trust me except for local Chinese working in specialized fields and those who are willing to work for peanuts, the Chinese economy itself is a tinder box, many of the younger Chinese I counsel are still going back to school at age 32 in hopes to switch qualifications as they can’t land a job in their preferred field. Except you actually think you will do import, export business with 7m, this kind of advice is what will get you into a rock and a hard place in the long run.
