A blessing and a curse?🤔
Only when you live outside Nigeria can you truly understand.🍷

A blessing. And I do live outside Nigeria.

The curse of deportation from several countries. You can fight in other countries, but can’t fight in Nigeria.🍷

Nigeria hardship. It empowers some to cope anywhere in the world

If you live anywhere better than Nigeria, you will definitely cope with the opportunities you never had.

You don’t need hardship to cope in a developed society. If the hardship was so beneficial, you would use it to build your own country.

You are allowed to grow naturally in other countries without stress.🍷

DO NIGERIANS REALLY UNDERSTAND THE DEFINITION OF A MANSION?

Mansions with 70% poverty rate?🤔

Can Nigerians afford to build AND MAINTAIN real MANSIONS?😁

If you are a TYPICAL NIGERIAN, you do not understand what a real mansion is.😁
Re: Being A Nigerian Means. . . . ? by Kanwulia(op): 12:25am On Jul 30
As a Nigerian, your standards will be inferior to world standards. If you want to see MANSIONS, go to QATAR!🍷

Do you have any of these in Nigeria with no electricity or running water?🙄

This bit? I wish it were true.

There is a lot of stress in UK where I live, is what many would tell you, and the hardship some experienced in Nigeria fortifies some to cope.

Please note I said the hardship is beneficial to me, and it is not my sole duty to build any country since I'm not some superbeing or god.

Even the average UK citizen is living with the same stress. In Nigeria, you have no BASIC
social amenities or support from the government, police, judiciary or military.

Try telling a UK citizen to live in NigerIa without electricity or water for 1 week!😃 When even the prison life is better.😁

With basic amenities in foreign countries, thr average Nigerian simply maximizes the potential where the average citizens of the UK take them for granted.✅

When the Nigerian finally settles down, he or she becomes like the average citizen of foreign countries living from paycheck to paychecks. That is the reality.

I am a UK citizen, and I comfortably live in Nigeria without light and water when I am there. When light goes and people around me cry "Nepa" I ask them if they were not expecting the light that has always been going to go.

That said, UK is far much better than Nigeria, though life in UK used to be "solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short" according to Thomas Hobbes. The British people learnt that they were responsible for the conditions they live under and changed it to benefit themselves, as we will one day do too.

Very happy you are comfortable in your Nigerian circumstances. It is a man’s world in Nigeria, so I can never accept such conditions. That is what it really means to be a Nigerian. Ever willing to settle for the most dismal conditions of human existence. The reason you can tolerate the kinds of retroactive and retrogressive government known to humanity.🌹

You are insinuating that I am "Ever willing to settle for the most dismal conditions of human existence". And you are doing so to justify your own reasoning. While I am showing you how resilient I am in face of difficulty.

I am exactly the opposite of what you think. I do not wait for a government to improve my condition because improving my condition is my own responsibility. Nigeria will continue to be a place that some moan about until we all take responsibility and change it.

And for your information, women are gradually taking over even in Nigeria, albeit slowly. Even you can hear the men crying, I bet.

You are entitled to your reality. How many women do you have in government or key positions in traditional settings?

Good luck to you all.

I’d rather go and settle in Burkina Faso with progressive youth leaders and without “Sharia Christians”!🌹

You Nigerian men have a great deal to learn, but we will teach you someday.

We are all entitled to our own reality. That's what self responsibility is all about. And if your reality is in Burkina Faso, you are indeed welcome to it.

You will lack the concept of self-love and live for others for the most part of your life.🍷What your parents never had, you can NEVER HAVE OR UNDERSTAND.🌹

You will be under the generational curse of self-hate, always living in a psychological and environmental ghetto!✅
