Declaring that men are bound to cheat only makes me wonder what women are bound to do as well.

The crux of this matter here is most women are financially incapable to take full control and charge of every facet of her life. A woman who earns extremely well will not be concerned about silly topics such as this. Whether the man is there or not or pays attention to her or not is immaterial in the general scheme of things.

Not sure how how else to put it but age, maturity and of course financial prowess goes a long way to filter what's truly important and noise. I only wish that women will concentrate more on building themselves and being more confident in what they can achieve on their own without this constant need of seeking for validation from the men in their lives.

The reason men have extramarital affairs or keep multiple girlfriends is beyond physical beauty. Men don't attach emotion to infidelity, that is why its possible for a man that loves his wife to still have extramarital affairs with another woman.


Most men cannot even explain why they do it, they just find themselves doing it or trying to do it lol. That's why many have said its a natural weakness in men which can only be overcome by special grace through Jesus Christ or by fear of something (finance, divorce, reputation, spiritual consequences, etc).


Aside that fear of something or fear of consequences, every sexually active man will cheat when the opportunity presents itself.


Another thing that can force a man to stay sexually active with one woman or one partner is lack of money, lack of opportunities, location, sickness, anxiety and maybe depression.


So dear ladies, stop disturbing yourself about how you look, your husband or boyfriend is cheating not because you are not beautiful or beautiful enough, yes you need to look good and take care of your body and looks, but I tell you that men keep extramarital affairs or multiple girlfriends for numerous reasons, including natural weakness in controlling their sex urge, not just because their wife or girlfriend is ugly, its very far from it. It's not also about not being good in bed, it can contribute to it but that too is never the reason your husband or boyfriend is cheating or wants to cheat.

Skipping at home is one exercise that helps burn fat like land but very underrated by Nigerians. Your heart, legs, arms and every part of your body would burn calories. I am a living testimony of what skipping can do to the body.

There are no level of control as it appears. What level would you want it to be on? The level is quite high. See it from the pursuit of happiness view rather than just validation although validation is included. That is why many women lament on finding it hard to find suitors.
