I dey Delta and I can categorically tell you delta is far better. Yes, delta has issues with the federal roads ie Benin to warri and Benin to Asaba. But it can't be compared to the shambles in Ogun state.

Many roads in ogun state are terrible , come to owode to ofada you will lament.

Ofada Road reconstructed in november 2024 collapsed again before 2025, there is a big gully in the road at Omu to get to owode, the road to ofada from omu is an eye sore

Delta in top 12 is crazy. I'm from Delta. An Ika man. Last few times I visited home, majority of the streets in Ika is tarred with street lights and drainage - including farm roads. Could the other areas of Delta be so bad to warrant being in this list? Or has Nigerian roads in other states suddenly become so good? I doubt.

I believe this totally....Ogun state has the worst roads in Nigeria! If you complain too much, they will start using police to hartass you.

This is one report that I'll give a 5/5 ratings as I'm from Ogun state and sadly the roads in my state save for Abeokuta nothing to make anybody proud.

It has been like that for over a decade. Kogi and Ogun are on same level

This is not a lie, come to Agbara and see their road, connecting the state to Lagos - Badagry Express Way, you will be surprised wether this is a government in Ogun state. Road that was constructed not long, is now an eyesore
This nonsense started from the days of Gbrnga Daniel, Ibukunle Amosun worsened it, but under Dapo Abiodun, his possession with his Ogun East Senatorial ambition wouldn't allow him do a good job.
Ogun state proximity to Lagos State, one thought would have motivated them into making that State next point of inventors choice.

May be Yayi will be able to rebuild infrastructure standard in that state.
