I know a Pharmacist who is currently interning at NAFDAC, Abuja. All they do is to eat groundnut, gist and mark attendance.

It is not enough to recruit grandma, the current manpower is not being utilised. If the current staff that you have are not fully active, what is the sense in getting more people?

Everyone knows civil servants are the most ineffective workers in Nigeria. Half of the 2,000 are lazy and don't do any actual work asides sitting in the office and gossiping. The other half are ghost workers on the payroll.

You want 20,000 staffs. That means 15,000 will be lazy ineffective workers. 5,000 will be ghost workers.

Inside that 15,000, about 14,999 of them will get the job through connections and under the table deals. Inside the 14,999, about 14,000 of them cannot spell their names or pass a secondary school common entrance examination. Some even struggle to read, write and speak decent English.

That is another of the many failures of A-looter Propaganda Conmen, APC.

Buhari was to do census in 2016, he failed. Tinubu also has no plan to do any this year.

Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has promised to ensure that the naira would be equal to the dollar in value if voted into office.

Why can't you bring out recruitment then?? At least from the 6 geopolitical zone in Nigeria, or by the 36 states in Nigeria?? At least 100 staff per state or 600 per geopolitical zone.

Though I don't want to believe nafdac doesn't have more than two thousand workers, but your claim that most are redundant can you prove that because in nafdac they have more than fifteen directorates and have their formations all over the country.

Yet there are unemployed graduates looking for jobs. If proper employment is done in government agencies, they will reduce the high rate of unemployment, but corruption won't let them. Still they keep budgeting like a lot of people are working there. A broken system.
