They keep asking people to migrate to their region where they all have deserted for economic reasons but they want others to go live there like they have jobs for them in SE an economically disadvantaged region……even the trend of migration from east to west is evident enough even for the blind to see that Sw is the economic power house of the country. Aside from Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan have huge concentrations of industries and far more economically viable than the whole 5plot region

Lagos and abuja are very different.

Lagos island was the capital. That is where you are wrong. The rest of Lagos that is 95 percent was western region. Then Abuja, PH, Benin, Jos, Kaduna, Warri are all by far more cosmopolitan than Lagos but Lagos is more populated. Why Lagos and not those other places? However there is nothing wrong in any citizen contesting anywhere. Yoruba have far more grounds in Abuja, PH, Kaduna than Igbos have in Lagos. They are also free to contest. What every fair minded person should ask for is fair representation. If Oyo has 3 senators then Lagos should have 7. Same for house of reps and anything federal. Better still your representation at the center should be by your tax paid to the center though I presume Oyo can do more than half of Lagos revenue if they sit up as they have the human and other resources. So join the effort to fight for a fair and even representation at the center

That is not true, Ndigbo has been advised on several occasions on this platform to follow the legislative path to secession.
