skip it till the next morning. Hunger for some few days won't kill you trust me. Its better to eat nothing at all for some hours or days than to you what will you kill you.

Not to a man that is hungry. Anybody can eat at any time so far the body needs it and can carry it. If you don't when you're hungry and starve the system, do you know it has it's own effect?

Thank you for sharing. Late night eating contributes to some people's major problems. There is a lot behind that habit
