Shidinky:

A sign of a sky rocketing poverty is when you start seeing topics like this

Tinubu has turned Nigerians to beggars and paupers

Reforms are making seyi tinubu and chagory billionaires while millions of Nigerians go to bed hungry after eating once a day

God forbid
Make he win next year una go cry wetin no good

Thank you o. A thread that is recommending cheap healthy food alternatives is a sign of a failed government. Na poor people worry about what to eat. Rich folks ain't bothered.

It doesn't developed any resistance.

We are aging fast and dying slowly.

This is the sickest generation of Nigerians,

And it is getting worse.

Keep deceiving yourself, while young people are slumping every now and then, and most never get to know why, as they are hurriedly buried without autopsy.
That's is exactly why I added probably at the end.

You started well cos you used google or ai, but ended up exactly who you are that many Nigerians are. The bright side that is sending you to six feet at 50 yrs below when others are hitting 85+ and are working towards hitting 200+. Continue flipping.
That is exactly why I added "probably" at the end, and even if we want to go a bit deeper, according the AI you claimed I used (I don't know where you expect me to get info online other than the 2) if you soak the beans for about half a day and/or perboil the beans, you can get rid of 90% -98% of the chemicals. And many people already perboil beans.
My point saying all these are
1. Even the "saner climes" have foods that are slowly killing them.

2. Your initial comment almost seem like it's criticizing beans itself as "a good"/"the best" food just based on the EU import ban.

3. If you search enough, you can possibly get beans unreserved by chemicals in Nigerian market, it might just be more expensive.

The coat of beans is more of carbohydrate than beans , but the beans itself is proteinous .

Pele o, my know it all, undecided
How do you begin any serious research without googling, you go buy newspaper or go to the library right?

Okay tell me all about WW1 without using google (or any other search engine) to get relevant webpages or documents.
I can't believe someone in this 21st century is still capable of making such a brain-dead argument.

Keep running your mouth. You dont know....and you wont know. If you can think of the bolded part...then, only God can help you.

Keep making a nuisance of yourself. The good thing is that you won't know you are killing yourself. Just like Atiku. Lol. To you...you know..right? Yet, you keep exposing yourself. I keep picking points from your words. But what can you pick from mine?

And he will still talk back. Cos he doesn't know when to stop. He must return my post na. Thats how you know them. Lol. Just wait and see...he must reply. Go ahead. Reply this one again. grin

What you listed above is once in a while consumption. Never been a fan of yam or potatoes from day one.
I prefer my beans with plantain but moi-moi feels so light, it doesn’t fill my stomach still don’t fancy it

Groundnut (fried) I run from it because of the oil to avoid pimple. Boiled groundnut causes me running nose, still avoid it

Okpa is very common where I stay, let’s say people like me are tired of eating it already
