‘We should leave the table’: US lawmaker Massie urges exit from Iran conflict

US congressman Thomas Massie

“Iran is waiting to see at least three more cards before they fold or deal: U.S. runs out of strategic petroleum reserves? Region runs out of anti-missile defense? Republicans run out of majority?” he wrote on X.

“We should leave the table before any of those cards are played,” he added.

"Tango" is the correct word in that context, not "tangle".

Shouldn't you be at least more circumspect if you're going to be jumping headlong into unnecessary attacks🤡?

Dey correct wetin you no sabi.
Oga in this context, no be dancing fit am. Simple. That's the point of the whole thing. You don't know much but you feel you already know it all.

Tango as in dance!! It takes two to tango!!

Brace up, the spelling bee coordinators are coming for you!!😂😂😂😂
No. My point exactly, people mistake tangle (to mix together , to interwine) with tango (just a dancing style)😂😂😂😂. Imagine me saying "it takes 5 to flamenco". That's lame na. Na so them go open mouth waaa in church and be singing "That is why your name is forever more" instead of "that is why your reign is forever more".

It is not tangle, it is tetanus. You mean you don't know that "It takes two to tango" is an English idiom? He is correct. It is tango and not tangle as you claim. Let us look before we leap and not try to correct those who are right.
When false is propagated for long unchallenged it will eventually become truth, you'll soon replace "whet your appetite" with "wet your appetite" and people will agree with you because it sounds real. Abi na.

I thought they said Sinwar death was going to bring a change in the fortunes of Hamas and grant them the imaginary Palestine state. No body talks about the 🤡 anymore, no more fictional genocide in gaza wailings anymore..just steady pounding by the Jews!!

In prophet okey voice, May we not die a worthless death like Sinwar!!!😂😂😂

🌎⚽ FIFA has abandoned its controversial proposal to sell a stake in the commercial operation of the World Cup to private investors after a fierce global backlash.

Gianni Infantino's future is now reportedly in serious doubt.
But why hasn't he even resigned already?
Why is anybody not talking about the fact that CONCACAF, UEFA, AFC rejected the proposal but our dearly beloved CAF called it "the best thing to have happened to football"? Who cursed the black race abeg?

Anything ILLsraeli official, I DON'T read.
Anything from the PDFile or members of his Epstein Regime, I DON'T read.

I also REFUSE to read the posts of certain ENTITIES on this thread.

I will NOT subject my mind to the INDIGNITY of processing and accommodating their VILE utterances.

That's why I'm GRATEFUL for summarised posts like the ones from SonOfWords.
Infact I don't read any post that quote isrel officials.
The one that annoys me more about them is when even their minister of education that should concentrate on education is talking about bombing countries. They just like killing women and children

🌎 Iran announces it will strike the world's most important energy facilities, located in Arab countries and Israel, all within range of Iran's precision missiles, in response to any new US and Israeli strikes, per Fars:

1. Ghawar Oil Field, Saudi Arabia, backbone of Saudi production, disruption puts 5%+ of world oil supply at risk.

2. Abqaiq + Khurais, Saudi Arabia, 7M+ bpd throughput, world's largest oil stabilization plant.

3. Ruways Refinery + Zakum Oil Field, UAE, 2nd largest offshore oil field, 1M+ bpd.

4. North Ghadir Gas Field + Ras Laffan LNG, Qatar, world's largest gas field with 25% of proven reserves, 20% of global LNG trade.

5. Burgan Oil Field, Kuwait, 67B barrel reserves, 2M bpd.

6. Sitrah Refinery + Al-Mihaj, Bahrain.

7. Leviathan + Tamar Gas Fields, Israel, Israel's largest + 2nd largest gas fields.

Iran adds that during the 40-day war Iran bombed Qatar's most important gas refinery in response to a strike on South Pars facilities, with Trump apologizing on Truth social promising
"it will not happen again."
It's good to have deterent, if not this people would have bomb everything in Iran by now

I'm sure you all must have noticed that the only reason I still post comments from Israeli officials is just to get everyone angry on the thread.

I select the most vile statements from Israeli officials and post it 😁 😂

Especially from Ben Gvir and Smotrich, the blood sucking demons.

⚡Russia has now launched 22 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 4 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles towards Kyiv. 2 Zircons also targeted Poltava Oblast.

Large fires are burning in multiple parts of the city. Only one patriot interceptor was launched during this entire attack, and it failed to intercept anything.

🌎 The IRGC Navy has targeted two commercial ships attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz without authorization from Iran's Islamic regime.

The vessels were reportedly being escorted by the U.S. Navy and were allegedly ignoring instructions issued by the Iranian authorities.

The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) has also reported a maritime security incident in the southern shipping lane of the Strait of Hormuz near Oman.

Earlier reports indicated that a tanker approximately 11 nautical miles northeast of Lima, in Oman's Musandam Governorate, was struck by an unidentified projectile. The impact reportedly damaged the vessel's engine room, leaving it disabled and adrift.

btw the reason why we are back to infrastructure and energy facilities talk

is because there are no achievable military objectives anymore
defensive stockpiles have run so low that even the typical late night/weekend skirmish that they wanted to institute as normal is no longer tenable

i think they also realize the three musketeers have lost all credibility in tehran
especially after the saudi nuclear deal debacle
so a carter situation is increasingly becoming inevitable

they have two months
if this war is still ongoing in october, they are finished politically
their two choices are surrender or total war (ergo, striking infrastructure/energy facilities)

iran will surely retaliate and oil will spike to $150+
but after spiking the mou which was a strategic defeat
but still allowed them to retain their dignity and save the midterms
they may decide to go all in

they are dead politically
does it really matter if the murder weapon is a knife, gun, or 2000 pound bomb

i think for the likes of rubio, the thought is pedolf is finished anyway
so why not just go all the way, he was always meant to be a patsy that'd be used and dumped
by 2032, when they'll be preparing a comeback,
we'd have recovered from recession, facilities will be rebuilt,
and they'll be able to retell a different story that they tried to stop pedolf
trust me, americans will believe them

conventional wisdom is that the gulf, markets, europe, asia will stop them
but who really knows at this point

Your friend up there already corrected you and gave you an off-ramp. Make use of it and take a walk. There is nothing like "It takes two to tangle." Na your mouth I first hear that one. It is tango and not tangle.

And I know you already checked online and saw tango is the correct word. But because of your stubbornness and the habit of always wanting to be correct, you will rather double down on arguing that it's "tangle" rather than accepting that your attempt to correct someone else's use of English was a disaster.

There is nothing wrong with correcting someone else's use of English. But if you are going to do so, don't be arrogant about it, and put some effort into making sure you are correct, else you may just end up turning yourself into a laughingstock.

Nemesis stalking pedolf all over the place now. Small time, na Europe turn r go be.

Europe knows they're next.

The way they keep poking Russia, they know they're never escaping it.

And it'll start with Norway & the UK. The only oil producers in western Europe.

Iran already warned the UK and if they don't listen, Mr Shahed will make them listen.

[quote author=WriteerNg post=140184429]⚡Footage reportedly showing smoke rising over the village of Otrocz, eastern Poland, around 90 km from the Ukrainian border, after a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile entered Polish airspace and impacted.

)

I knew at some point, Poland, the Baltic Chihuahuas and Moldova will soon get the attention they desperately needed from Russia.

This was an intentional message to the Polish that Russia is ready and will not hesitate to escalate should they go beyond sending hundreds of Polish soldiers covertly to fight die in Ukraine as mercenaries.

And those midget countries that have been allowing their airspace to guide Ukrainian drones to attack Russia from outside will be paid their due coin.

No time for long talk. Bring on the bangs. Putin is getting fed up with them now.

na potential iranian retaliation
dey give them pause

if iran bombed desalination plants for four days in a row because they bombed bridges in southern iran
what will iran do if they bomb pickaxe
and it is not like they can destroy the complex by bombing it

khamenei ii is not khamenei i
the retaliation will not be symbolic and choreographed
it will be severe

⚡A Reuters photo captured U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent's notepad during a cabinet meeting showing a reminder: "To Do: Buy Japanese Yen (JPY) $5–10 billion."

The note appeared shortly after Reuters reported the U.S. Treasury had warned banks it might intervene in currency markets.

If the U.S. follows through, it would be the first U.S. intervention to support the yen since 2011. The Treasury has not confirmed whether any purchases were actually made.
