Cardinal Onaiyekan, wasn’t speaking for Christian’s, he was speaking for Catholics, the very institutions rooting for Peter Obi @PeterObi in fact, likely the institution where Peter Obi also said in 2022 “take back your country “. Therefore , Cardinal is more political than spiritual. And not all catholic members are supporting peter Obi. The president @officialABAT was well within his right to disagree with their assertion as regards Nigeria’s economy based purely on facts, statistics and numbers put into context.

Ironically, the same priest would rebuke their members if the members said “we are suffering or we are poor” they would tell them to rather say “we are doing great and or we are rich even when they are suffering or poor”

There is a body comprising all Christian’s including the Catholics and catholic bishops conference and that body’s position is neutral and should be so, otherwise it is political

Firstly, If you were from Anambra or lived in Anambra, I'd have paid you heed. Unfortunately, you've failed both criteria.

Secondly, you're now calling on protestant christians to try and create some schism in the church. That has failed flatly because as long as Peter Obi is concerned, there isn't going to be any dichotomy between Christians, protestants and catholics. Why didn't Tinubu pick a protestant Christian from the north as VP if he loved them so much?

is it really about Obi being in power? I am worried about why FG will buy 39 SUV for 15billion for mobility for empowerment programme. In a so called poor country, politicians buying luxury SUV for mobility, living like UK, US politicians. So, what stopped the FG staff from using Tokumbo Acura, Lexus SUV, 2013 models sold for less than 20m? What happened to buy assembled in Nigeria SUV worth not more than 30m?
