Re: Would You Buy Measured Seasoning Powder? (Photos) by IamAtAnger: 5:28pm On Aug 05
Their sauces are mostly done behind. Like Suya spices, shawarma chicken marinade etc

I hardly eat outside.
On a scale of 1-10, I will say 2.

But snacks like shawarma and suya are done right at my presence, so there's exception on those.

embarassed
So sad,my people perish because of lack of knowledge.
They will see it as a cheaper option, another question is about it's expiration date,I am sure those seasonings crushed there are long past their shelf lives.

Nawa oooo!!!!
And people will rush it
90% of people selling food use this dangerous stuff all the time, it's the everyday buyer that suffers more, they have no idea what they are eating, anyone who buys from them knows what he is inviting, but eating food prepared with it unknowingly, that's worse.

See how kidney problem comes to Ala Igbo

How much is a full pack of seasoning cubes again?

Why would someone take the risk of buying measured seasoning cubes?

I went to the market today to buy a few things in bulk.

Then I saw an Aboki with a wheelbarrow full of bags, and people were buying from him.

Out of curiosity, I moved closer.

To my surprise, it was powdered seasoning cubes.

At first, I thought each bag contained just one brand.

But no, each bag was a mixture of different seasoning cube brands, all crushed together.

Immediately, plenty questions started running through my mind,

What was used to crush these seasoning cubes into powder?

Was the equipment clean?

If everything isn't sold that day, how is it stored?

How does mixing different brands affect the taste of food?

And most importantly, is it even safe and healthy?

Maybe there's something I don't know.

If you've bought or used this before, I'd genuinely like to hear your experience.

Would you buy powdered seasoning cubes like this?
And this is what those Mai Suya are using oh 😭😭😭

It's very unhygienic.
Nigerians love eating rubbish.
All because they want to manage poverty.

That is how expired seasoning cubes are sold...when sold crushed and in bulk, will you be asking for expiry date?..same goes for cornflakes being sold in bulk.

That's extremely dangerous to put into the stomach. But trust Nigerians, they will rush it like no man's business

How are you sure it's not even other things that are mixed and sold as seasoning powders? Kidney/liver problems are real. Even though things are somehow you must be careful of what you eat.

It could be local spice.

I haven't seen any poor man or woman dies of kidney disease or cancer

In as much as I don't know much about cooking stuffs but we shouldn't conclude

Northerners deals on natural herbs ( ingredients)
