InDrive and their unstable pricing policy, some days, their price will be okay while many days, their price will be annoying. Even the so called one click request price is shitty.

Tell me how someone will be ordering ride from Ojodu Berger to ebute ipokodo in Ikorodu for 7000 and the person is expecting a sane person to accept the ride.
I just did two trips today to chop their 32k bonus and went home straight.
I was seeing prices today and I was just shaking my head.
We na never see anything. grin

Much respect, baba.

I understand you but why aren't you telling food vendors or spare parts to please you?

I guess landlords and all these public transportation guys are making it easy for you?
The reality is that businesses have upped prices, emotions don't run businesses..

That you don't want to stress your riders means they won't charge you high when you need their services?

How much were you buying car parts?
How much do they cost now?
Why aren't the part dealers showing you mercy?

Why do Riders pay whenever there's surge especially when it rains?

They will adjust, they need the services.

Don't come here talking about having pity on riders because these riders Factor all these costs into their business..

Mention anything, mention it, prices have really gone high...

Even school fees for kids, so what are you saying?
even vulcanizers now no send anybody papa? to comot 1 tyre na 1500😂😂

InDrive gave you 32k bonus shocked. it would have made sense if someone can withdraw it or use it to pay both commission and tax deductions.

InDrive bonus doesn’t make any sense to me, they give you bonus still give you a stipulated period to use it or else, they wipe it back.

Thank God for my offline riders today, they were the ones that made my day.

The indrive bonus is the biggest scam on ehailing. I discovered that I pay more commission when I have bonus on my account.

Omo the work get as e be nowadays, I just think from next month, it would get better ahead of the ember month. I rarely work now, I only put on my apps when going to office and when going back home and work mostly on my off days at work or weekends. What I can say about this hustle, you must force yourself to save, it is very vital and have other streams of income. Listen the guys taking ridiculous prices won't sustain for long, naija road too bad, their cars would cry out soon. They would come to you to assist them with loans, I mean how is it that you've been working for months and you don't have ordinary 500k? Hmm! Don't tell me family problems, take care of the eagle that lays the golden egg, save money for raining days. And lastly don't be too desperate to pick rides, yesterday at the close of work hour, I was going towards Ajao Estate, I picked a couple going to Okota from Elegushi Beach for 26k, I quickly swipe to offline. The ride was seamless as the traffic has eased off from that 8:30pm. Stop picking ridiculous trips because you're just going home from the office or at the close of work day, you give this guys confidence to put ridiculous prices especially on Indrive.
Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Glithronix: 8:52am On Aug 07
@tobby98 - yes, indrive is wack, no doubt.

I have even wanted to ask that who are those drivers picking 1k-2k-3k-4k trips that I have been seeing sef? undecided

How will someone have GOOD savings from deriving joy from taking 2k-3k-4k trips up and down with longer time of driving because it's a short trip with 1,000/km? grin

Imagine the number of trips one would do with that to gross 50k? lipsrsealed

Not only that, starting your car from being parked and going to multiple places in large numbers.

Omohhhhhhh.

There are some things one should not be seeing in this hustle in this current times we are at all.

I suspect that the vexing wey oga pearl dey display sometimes concerning wack trips being picked by drivers stems from this angle (I may be wrong).

But why I won't discourage those drivers from picking such mumu trips is so that they can continue doing that while someone like me can have options to pick my long trips with reasonable amount.

God go help all of us oooh.

Much respect, gee.

Even if someone is using CNG, why will you carry someone from Ojodu axis to ikoyi for 7,700. I can’t even carry someone from Ojodu to ogudu for 7,700 let alone going to ikoyi

Drivers have really lowered their standards.

They booked Harvey road health centre and on inDrive and Google map, it’s showing barrack bus stop as where the health centre is but they are actually going to Harvey road in yaba, while explaining, this woman no wan gree o.

Most of them jst enter address, they dont bother to confirm the accuracy of the Destination. Because we have so many streets with dsame name. E.g Animashaun( like 4 streets & roads like this in Surulere axis)

Today, na Agege my rider dey go but na Egbeda be the similar street name wey Indrive direct me. Another time one dey go Mushin(Ladipo) but na Agege dey indrive. One lady wan make me enter Ajao estate traffic from Island when her destination na Ilupeju. Na when i dey speed climb oshodi bridge she con shine teeth from back dey ask me Where are you going? grin

Their fooolishness will catch up with them. One thing about a car is that it will surely test your savings. This is when you start seeing desperate drivers looking for where to borrow money and fix their cars, then go on even more ridiculous trips in attempt to pay.

A driver who has at least 2 million in savings won’t be accepting such ridiculous trips. It’s all those who daily survival depends on their car being on the road each day.

You see them wear dirty clothes and eating junk food all the time. That’s the life they have chosen for themselves. Poverty sometimes is a subconscious decision while success comes from intention.
