Sadly this has been happening to me at my work.
I am the Head teacher giving advice and direction. But because the owner is not physically around all these female teacher will call her and be claiming my ideas as theirs. Sometime they become even Dearing to mention it in my presence because I usually tell someone else to make the announcement.

One thing I've learned , you can't afford to work behind the scene in Nigeria and expected to be noticed or rewarded. Once some extrovert noticed the gap , they will quickly claim your ideas as theirs. I usually sit back and watch them disgrace themselves because they are not the original owner of the idea so they find it hard to fully explain , defend and sustain it.

But with Woli Agba, you better stand up and claim your spot. Nothing like you like working from behind. If dont act quickly behind is where you will remain while Woli Agba take all your fathers credit.
