I think the embassy is still at Jan 2025 not 2026

This is not funny at all don't knw if anyone has an idea on what I should do.
I'm for intended marriage and all document has been check a date for marriage has been fix. Everything is ready but for me to apply for the visa have been on the waiting list for over 7 months now. And the document has expiration time. Don't knw what to do anybody with help?

I applied for FRV on 14 February 2024. I had my visa interview on 16 December 2025 and submitted my A1 German certificate on 24 February 2026.
Later, the visa office asked me to send my wife's renewed residence permit, which I sent immediately. Since then, I haven't received any updates or responses.
I have sent several emails to the visa office, but they have not replied. My wife also contacted the Ausländerbehörde, and they responded:
"Unfortunately, I cannot yet tell you anything about your spouse's visa application. This will take a little more time. I ask for your patience a little longer."
Has anyone been in a similar situation? How long did it take before you received an update or a decision?

Who has similar experience.

I received a job offer with pre-approval valid for 1 year. I contacted the embassy for an appointment, I got a date in about 2 weeks. I did the interview 24 July 2026. Since then I haven't received any update, no calls or email. I sent email Monday 1st day of the 5th week still no reply. Monday 31st will mark the beginning of 6 weeks...
My question are:

1)Has anyone ever experienced this kind of delay even with pre-approval
2) How long does it usually take the embassy with pre-approval.
3) Should I call the embassy?
