Look at the nursing industry, we have over 95% of nurses as women, have you seen any where were men say they should give them quota? Same thing aoolies to areas where women dominate overwhelmely. Enrollment in schools for girls vs boys can't be comparable at this modern times but boys don't go shout up and down that there are more girls in schools than boys they work hard to overcome their challenges, do same and stop whinning and disturbing our ears.

I honestly regret supporting H E. Similaye Fubara governor of RS. What is happening today raises serious questions about loyalty, sacrifice, and the value placed on those who stood by him when the political battle was at its fiercest.

Politics is not only about reconciliation when the storm is over; it is also about remembering the people who stood with you when the storm was raging. If this reconciliation is truly about healing and bringing everyone together, then it should not overlook those who stood firmly in the trenches—people like the Honourable Representatives, Rt Jumbo, Rt Edison (PhD), Hon.Evans Bipi, Engr.Ismael Oforibika, Barr.Mela Oforibika, Barr. Christian Itamunoala, my humble self and many eminent others to numerous to mention who played their part during the struggle.

Where are these people today? Have their sacrifices suddenly become irrelevant?

There is a powerful lesson here for everyone in politics: never forget those who stood with you when standing with you came at a cost. People may forgive political differences, but they rarely forget betrayal or being abandoned after making sacrifices.

Perhaps this is why the wisdom often expressed as “Don’t die in another man’s war” remains so relevant. Before you sacrifice everything for someone else's political battle, ask yourself what happens when the battle is over and the same people you fought for no longer remember who stood beside them.

Reconciliation is good, but genuine reconciliation should be broad, sincere, and inclusive. It should recognize not only those who are present at the table today, but also those who helped build the table when there was no guarantee that anyone would ever sit at it. BAN.
