I was in the hospital yesterday in warri but the surgeon said it's leteral internal sphintology it's would could me 500k for the operation Bros I left there I don't want operation same thing I did in benin ran away because of operations in benin it was 550k.

Forget the surgery talk for now; honestly, keeping your stools soft is the absolute game changer here. Personally, I found that just obsessively increasing my water intake and loading up on fiber, especially papaya or just really ripe fruits, made a world of difference before things got worse. Don't strain, don't rush, and honestly, just give your body time to heal itself by avoiding anything that makes you constipated. Hang in there, it really does get better if you stay consistent with your diet!

Eat popcorn and the seeded unpoped corn call guguru. Drink lot of water with it. Try this for three days. You'll be shock at the result.

The improperly chewed seed and the floaterlike improperly chewed popcorn will dismantle poop by the aid of water. It will not allow your poop to cling together and form a solid mass.

Also try to poop daily.

Have gone through similar experience. My advice for you is avoid sugary drinks, eba, rice, cold drink or food. Eat boil soft sweet potatoes. If you must eat rice, let it be with vegetables only. Eating sweet potatoes alone for two days will do the needful.

From child birth of 1st child in 2006, my wife had two (2) small fleshy growths out the tip of the anus. With this, 2nd and 3rd kids were had and since 2016 no kids again.

These growths dont increase in size but when her stool is hard she has anal cut and pain while stooling with blood sometimes.

For this scenario, once Antibiotics, Anusol are administered, she gets rekindled.

Now, since April 2026, she has been complaining of anus ache after stooling because of anal-cut blood touching the stool sometimes while pooing but the pains subside after a while. Antibiotics have been used, Anusol applied but still doing back and forth.

Liquid Paraffin and Ducolax were just recommended by a doctor friend yesterday, so if she uses them, will they heal the fissure or her dietary change is a must concurrently?

She eats very soft Eba often, normal water, Rice, Pap, Beans, Akara, Stew, Boiled Goat meat, Fried/deep fry Chicken. But i noticed she takes COCA-COLA ALOT due to low sugar plight.

Does anyone know what can be the lasting solution to this situation?

Change diet, boiled/fried groundnut, oranges (eat everything ), bananas, veggies, drink lots of water. Avoid fried foods. Eat beans on a steady.


Avoid beef and fried chicken.
Avoid alcohol

Anusol won't do much at this stage. She should eat more of boiled corn , vegetables, cabbages, groundnut (fried & boiled), drinks lots of water.
