The main problem with these Gunn-era movies is that they feel like an episode of one of late 1990s Justice league animated series. There are no tensions, no build-up and the characters feel so bland. The stories are all over the place and quite childish too. I watched that Supergirl and they tried so hard to infuse "GoTG" weirdness into it.

I will take BvS movie with Wonder Woman, Lex and Doomsday that do over $850m on a budget of $250m to a Justice Gang movie disguised as a Superman movie with major characters like Lex, Green Lanterns, Hawkgirl, Mr. Terrific, Krypto, The Engineer, Ultra Man, Metamorpho and Supergirl as cameo that did $620m on a fraudulent budget of $225m.
