When Tinubu fielded Ribadu under ACN against PDP, where and where did the votes come from? Why do you lot feel entitled to Makinde's support? Is it because he and Tinubu are both Yorubas? Well, Tinubu never supported Obasanjo all through his 8 years. Seyi Makinde is in the opposition and he owes Tinubu nothing!

Me sha know say Makinde is deceiving some people with his presidential ambition. I won't be surprised if he steps down at the last mins

The Southwest is the most politically diverse region in the country only next to the Northcentral. Tinubu cannot win the region in a landslide. Just look at the extent they are going to all in a bid to reclaim Osun. Now add Oyo to the mix. Makinde did anti-party to support Tinubu in the state in 2023 but not anymore!

With or without Makinde being on the ballot, tinubu ain't getting any block votes in SW.

He is only contesting to reduce tinubu's vote in the SW. Infact he should only campaign in the SW and Bauchi alone.

We don hear. Contesting an election is a democratic right of any citizen. Why then the antagonism against him if he's lightweight? Adeleke in Osun and Makinde in Oyo. APC supporters of the Southwest should not push their luck too far. Tinubu is not that popular, even in Lagos. Kwankwaso left the APC and contested against Buhari and Buhari remained in good terms with him until the day of his death.
