Funny enough, Atiku's primary school certificate bears Atiku Kojoli, his secondary records bears Siddiq Abubakar and his Diploma bears Atiku Abubakar. If we are even to go by the Supreme Court that sacked judgement that sacked David Lyon, Atiku should not even be on the ballot. So, it is really audacious of him to have the temerity to sue the president over mere arrangement of names on his NYSC certificate. The must be the funniest sue ever filed.

Atiku is neither a member of the APC nor participated in the primary of the APC. Not only is this suit frivolous and egregious, it is a needless distraction for the Court to begin to embark on a fruitless voyage. Atiku is acting like a mourner hired to cry more than the bereaved, a busybody who ought not to dabble into the internal affairs of a political party, that is not his.

He lacks the locus standi and the suit will be summarily dismissed at preliminary objections, with costs.

You are quoting the electoral law. The constitution is supreme and clearly states as a condition for disqualification, submission of forged documents. If Tinubu is found to have submitted a forged document, it is a constitutional basis for his disqualification.
