Music star Davido has publicly acknowledged Peter Obi's statement calling for a free and fair governorship election in Osun State, ahead of Saturday's poll.

The Labour Party's 2023 presidential candidate took to X on Thursday to urge the Independent National Electoral Commission, security agencies, political parties and other key stakeholders to guarantee a credible electoral process in the state.

Peter Obi stressed that the election belonged to the people of Osun and that no individual or institution should stand between residents and their right to vote freely.

Don't underrate Seyi Makinde of the APM. He will make Tinubu bleed votes in the presidential elections in Osun. The people of Osun have no incentive to vote Tinubu in 2027 no matter the theatrics of Adeleke's fake endorsement. They didn't vote him in 2023 as an untested candidate and will not vote him now that he has been tested and has failed. His withholding of the Local government funds is still fresh in the people's mind and will not go unpunished. They owe Tinubu nothing!

I have only ever used one moniker since the over 15 odd years since I registered (longer if you count viewing).

I was banned once for a few weeks as I was being honest about attributes of a certain tribe in the political terrain. I was baited and in a moment of weakness, fell for the trap set by an Obidient who used several monikers to eventually successfully snared me.
