Sorry if i may ask, do you have any sort of health insurance packages for your drivers.
No I don't. Health insurance are paid by either employer or employee on behalf of beneficiary.

In my case, I'm neither an employer nor the driver's my employee.

Update : If you want to get a vehicle on hire purchase

Visit

Fina trust bank
46 Toyin street ikeja

Requirement

1M deposit
Bolt/Uber / Indrive profile page
Earnings for 6 months
( They won't really check this cos some of my mates have just 2-3 months, a guy with one month earning got a car )

They will check ur credit score to know if u are indebted to any loan app or bank

When u come with the requirement and u get accessed and pass u show them the vehicle u need and the dealer .

Note they also have vehicles but if u are not interested in theirs u can come with your own dealer .

Dealer gets paid and they collect the vehicle .

Execute the registration and insurance

Install tracker so they can retrieve the vehicle if u fail to meet up ur financial obligation .

My colleagues have gotten vehicles at an average of 1OM Camry Elantra

Some got corrolla or other vehicles less than 10M

My guy who got an elentra for 10M is paying back 177k weekly for two years

People who did 3 years are paying 155k weekly

Me I no fit chest this one

E too big for me

But guys are doing it .

If u are strong enough to do it visit the bank .

Na update I give and I know say e go benefit one person .

No go do wetin ur hand no reach becos if u fail to deliver for one week them go reclaim the motor .
wow 🤩 I hv wanted to bring this here before , my friend is one of the loan managers .. they have offer for CNG too.. I can connect anyone who is interested to her directly

Boss, please, to properly understand you, for some of us to know our level of laziness, grin... This 1m monthly, is it the app net or driver net? Is this 1m net after fuel of 600k+ monthly and 100k+ monthly commission?Ofcurse, we can partially exclude car maintenance since the focus is on fuel.
Just Net 90k on App daily. Target 30k in d morning, 30k in d afternoon and 30k in d evening.
Fuel should be 30-40k
U go home with 50k in cash, card or in ur account. easy pizzy.

Thank you for brining this up, i witnessed something quite disturbing some months back at ICM, to protect the image of the company i will not mention the company name, i saw an ehailing driver, before he entered his brand new car to drive off, he drank some water, he now poured the water in his mouth to wash his hands. What sort of voodoo is that.... Honestly don't know what he was trying to achieve...
Lolz na Lagride, I dey always look those guys with bombastic side eye.

You learnt well from Uber, Bolt and Indrive.

The template you presented is called O.Y.O.

i still hope you have some sort of welfare package at least for your hardworking drivers that meets their targets.

To Fleet Managers out there, I believe a welfare package should go beyond a first aid box, loaded with Alabukun

As long as you are meeting you obligations you are not lazy. Honestly even 500k net is not lazy. Same guy because of needs can do more next month. You know how many men don use this car show workings? Like u need to pay contractors and everyone assumes u have d money but na driving daily go run am. U know u need this amount and u set u mind to it.

Folks don't know what dey have so dey even look down on it. But if you value urself and the things God has placed in your hands you will do better.

Well for me the laziness is having a good car and still begging/not meeting ur obligations

From which account will fleet manager remove HMO money?
If drivers bring all the earnings and collect salary at the end of the month then we can talk of that. But what drivers deliver is supposed to be my profit in d business, he is d one collecting the income and paying me a fraction. So driver should sort his HMO.

I used to do this comfortably before, come out by 6am but now ride prices are ridiculously low. Many of this classless drivers accepting crazy prices need to have sense

I won't even consider fit cng into this car. Cos why
Shimmaa:
Someone wants to sell this direct tokunbo Honda to me for 4m, it is automatic transmission and 3plug engine. Initially, I wanted to convert my car next month to CNG but with this new offer, I’m thinking of selling my car to buy this Honda.

Which would you advise me to go for?

From what time to 11am?

I don’t think 50k gross is possible from 7am to 11am. Considering it’s traffic hour + price is very ridiculous now.

When we are making claims, pls ensure to include the app you’re talking about. If it’s on uber, bolt or inDrive. Thanks.
