A widow has cried out over the situation surrounding herself and her children after her husband of 11 years died.

According to her she was expecting her husband's family to come and console her and her children but reverse was the case when the family came to claimed properties 2 days after the husband's death.

They don't want a replica of that scenario that played far away in a foreign land where the widow changed the will to her young lover

Yea. You shouldn’t reap where you didn’t sow. If they man didn’t leave a will, the family will take care of his estate jointly. In most parts of Nigeria, a bride price is paid before a wife is given out in marriage. Maybe, you should go and ask about the significance of that. If a man that was jointly raised by his family suddenly dies without a will, it’s natural justice for the extended family to do the best they can to ensure that his estate is administered equitably. If he had a whoring jobless wife, extra effort should be made to protect the man’s legacy. We pray for good spouses and good extended families that will be there for us in our time of need.

Situations as this is where the SHARIA LAW comes in to settle. Issues of properties and inheritance is a very serious thing that Allah has to excellently explain everything explicitly and fairly often the sharing formula no matter the angles it might falls or coming from. Only applies provided they are muslim that understand what it stand for. God will come to her rescue. I come in peace.
