How do you convince these people that there was justification for starting a Coastal Highway of Fraud worth trillions of naira when existing highways are dilapidated, in a so-called broke country? |

givedemwotowoto:Hmmmm! And you just condemned the coastal road. While i dont doubt there is looting there, it is just not funny how you just bad wash the coastal road. But if they picked this road instead of Lagos....looting too would happen. So, the issue here is which is more important since they were surely looting too if this road was picked instead of the coastal road. So, Lagos that is given all of una high VAT to share doesnt deserve more? How many people live in Benin? Compare it to Lagos? While I am a human and i feel for the owner, but do you care about billions that used to get destroyed in that LEKKI highway? Go ask how people used to suffer there. Yet, they are the ones dashing you all high VAT year in, year out. How much revenue is this particular road bringing to Nigeria? Lets compare it with what Lagos is? Over 30million people in Lagos, and you still keep talking. Make dem kuku abandon Lagos na....and dem keep reparing your roads na....and they keep collecting VAT from Lagos too na...se na N10M or less (maybe around 2M) this thing I am seeing is....go see how billions used to get destroyed in Lagos..So, let the billions rot na...and go use billions to repair road because of this small million all in the name of tribalism. Mainwhile, the same coastal road you washed down is passing the same Benin. Why are you people like this? Go read my old post before you label me apc person. |

They are doing Ijebu-Ode to Ibadan road today on tv and South -South and south east are crying over the state of the benin-delta roads. EVEN after all our governors joined APC, still practicing tribalistic governance. Is it a crime because we voted PO? |

This is what doing business looks like in Nigeria. Who will compensate these guys for this, so that they can remain in business? The coastal road idiots will tell you that Tinubu's government is business friendly. |

Nigeria still has a long way to go when it comes to building and maintaining highways to a good standard. In my opinion, Nigeria is not among the top 20 countries in Africa when it comes to road infrastructure. Just look at countries like South Africa, Kenya, and the North African countries, where you can see much better-developed highway systems. Nigeria has very few true highways, and many of the major roads that do exist are shared by heavy trucks, large buses, and small cars, creating congestion and making transportation more dangerous. To be honest, if I were still living in Nigeria, I might think that the way things are currently done is simply the normal way things should be. But after seeing how roads and transportation infrastructure are developed and maintained in other countries, you realize that Nigeria has significant room for improvement. |

On his failure mandate they'll continue to stand. Awon alariwo edaa. In Buhari's administration, sukuk funds were used to patch those roads and made them memorable. Tinubu cannot build one-tenth of the roads buhari built in 4 years, if lucky to spend 8 years in office. Even the little coastal road done, pesin no fit hear word again. Erosion has taken over a large portion of it as we speak. They're still backing him for a re-election. He's won already. Nat to crown him remain..mtcheeew |

If the owner is not strong enough to bear the loss, the bad government in Nigeria has killed him. Fix the existing roads and forget about the useless coastal road. |
