I am not sure why she is in court because i watched a video of an interview with a home affairs official and he admitted that Chidimma is a South african citizen and that he doesn't even know what Chidimma is fighting in court.

Only if she is still alive when the law decides. She may not live to see the court judgment because, this is not the first time she's being physically harassed after leaving that court. She can get a favorable judgement and be assaulted outside the court.
