Ok movement is better off under the leadership of NDC for a proper mobilization and direction towards 2027 general election.

You cant have a two bodies chasing the same goal with a different approach to achieve a better result. That was mistake Obi made in Labour party that they end up not having party agents at majority of polling units across the federation. Maybe someone is using this movement to advance their political pursuit in 2031,because I don't see any reason they cant match with a platform under which their principals are seeking for presidency.

Obi is useless to even his Obidients.

Kwankwaso secured NDC tickets for his loyalists while Obi was just looking for free ticket from Dickson.
Obi not been ur regular transactional politician doesn't in any way make him a bad leader get that into ur corrupted brains okay.

how will you deal with scarcity... Marketers will buy cheap from dangote and take to neighbouring countries to sell while we queue for fuel.... Close your eyes and think of the time we used to queue for fuel
Did you see scarcity during the Iran Hormuz war.. that was largely because of the Dangote refineries that ensures adequate availability. Also with Dangote's direct sales, importers and marketers can no longer hoard and create artificial scarcity. The government also has a duty to sit up and ensure nobody takes advantage of Nigerians unduly.. it is the little yiu can do for the taxes you collect.

While Kwakwanso is receiving solidarity visitors on daily basis as if he is the presidential candidate, the other one is busy quoting foreign figures all about without any mobilisations of the electorate.

You OBI supporters are so delusionsal.

It was transactional politics that brought him so far from APGA to PDP to LP to NDP.

In NDC,the transaction he made was to trade yesufu Aisa and co ambitions for his own personal ambition.

Politics is transactional .

It's all about negotiating your way in an alliance.

Did Kwankwasso get paid by his loyalists before being given the NDC slot?

No

The only one accused of cash transactional politics is Obi who it is alleged demanded money from anyone from his SE seeking ticket under the NDC .

It seems there is a battle of supremacy between Kwakwansiya Group and Obi Group, and beteen the OK group and NDC. This could stem from lack of trust.

Earlier, Seriake Dickson had asked all groups to operate under the NDC. The OK Movement is clearly rejecting that directive. They insist on tgeur independence. After their meeting, they met Kwankwaso and Buba Galadima (Kwankwaso's ally) to brief them. Why didn't they meet Peter Obi and Seriake Dickson to brief them? Who owns the OK Movement and controls it?

From the posturing of Kwankwaso, he is not too disposed to Peter Obi, at least in public. When Obi flagged open his campaign, Kwankwaso was not there. Why?

Seriake Dickson called a meeting of Obi and Kwankwaso and asked all parties to work together.

Only few days ago, I raised the following points:
It's all about obidients movement foreign donations.

The movement visited kwakwaso and Baba galadima but didn't visit Dickson.

Obviously something is happening in their camp.

Is it appropriate to use the word “supremacy”?

OK is different from Obidients, just as they are not the same as Kwankwansiyya and NDC.

As the founder and leader of the party, expect Seriake Dickson to assert very strong authority on the party, knowing fully well that Obi is the major crowd puller and Kwakwanso has his own group there too.

Yes, just as it was experienced during Tinubu’s first attempt in 2022, many groups sprang up, agreeing and disagreeing, but all having one goal…the Presidency.

All the groups either directly or indirectly connected to NDC, have one thing in mind…the Presidency. So expect disagreements.

Added to that, OK is not meant to serve just for 2023. It is supposed to remain until Kwankwanso becomes the President in 2031. To achieve that, Kwankwanso himself sees Obi as a very crucial factor for his victory. Whichever way he goes about his loyalty to Obi, becomes his problem. He needs to coordinate himself, his group, the Obidients, OK movement and other relevant groups to achieve his own victory in 2031.

In all, OK movement has a central figure, whichever way we look at it and it is Obi. They all report to him whether physically or through established communication channels.

We are technically saying the same thing sir..

If there was no refinery.. whether the price was 3k or more, marketers would have cause artificial scarcity because the supply is in their hand.. the scarcity would make even aboki seelling with gallon to raise his own price and people would still buy..

The argument i agree with is that the liberalization of the sector created an enabling environment even for Dangote to run seamlessly

Rather than focus on the substance of the story, why are you having several distinct support groups rather than fusing them into one,its even the more ridiculous that all your support groups are all coming tonthe public to even announce their independence and how they can't unite.......thats a recipe for disaster.
Keep your advise if you can read the writing on the wall. Nigerians are wiser. PO has taught Nigerians that they can support a candidate successfully without being part of a political party. So nobody wants political parties to use and dump them. OK movement is distinct from NDC and there is nothing wrong with. They are all targeting the same goal.

That is really catchy. A good campaign slogan could be:

Do you want original, or are you okay with OK (okrika)? Vote for okrika if you want Nigeria to be second-hand to Bangladesh. Incidentally, some okrika are made in Bangladesh.
I bring to your attention that Nigerians don't trust original spare parts. The majority go for tokumbo aka OK. So, in that scenario, OK still wins.

Was there scarcity apart from when a price increase is expected, during the Obasanjo years?

Have people stopped smuggling our petrol to neighbouring countries since 2023?

Has Tinubu stopped paying subsidies?

anonimi:
NNPCL’s subsidy payment jump by 47.9% to N7.1trn in 2024

November 26, 2025

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) paid a total of N7.1 trillion as subsidy for premium motor spirit (PMS) in 2024, this sum represents a 47.9 percent increase from N4.8 trillion recorded in 2023.

This is despite the government’s announcement of subsidy removal in 2023.

The company explained that the amount, which it termed ‘energy security expense’ arises when there is differential between the exchange rate used to freeze the premium motor spirit ex-coastal price and the prevailing rate at the point of import settlement.

According to the report, government had instructed that NNPC Limited cannot sell its PMS above a certain regulated price. It added that the cost of petrol import is usually much higher that the regulated price.
