She's 100% correct ...I have had multiple encounters with Nigeria female customer service support that are females and I always end up dissatisfied. I have consciously decided never to employ a female as a customer service support when I open my company.

Shes perfectly right.
If I own a company, a lady would never be at customer care.
They dont pay attention to the job and careless about the company.
My customer care officer at STANBIC is terrible even the one at GTB.
Each time I send them email I have to call them 2 days after to let them know I sent them email.
Very annoying too.

I went to gtbank ikotun to go and get ATM card through their machine, one of the female staff is putting through the lady that came before me, the way she was talking to her, I was extremely angry.
