Gotocourt:
Petrol or Naira, one subsidy must comeback.
Sadly neither can't come back without worsening the debt.

The main issue is at independence we chose resource dependence over industrial dependence. That was a big mistake .

South Korea was behind most African countries by 1960 as was China. They choose industrial dependence . See where they are. They don't need to do dollar subsidies or fuel subsidies

Tinubu is not interested in checking the excesses of Governors. He's only interested in votes. This will cost him reelection bid.

Obi is failing to take advantage of this subsidy return drama and I pity him

Atiku's take on returning the fuel subsidy is catchy and many Nigerians are happy such is coming up but the problem is many Southern Nigerians don't want Atiku irrespective of his laudable promise to return petrol subsidy. To many of us, another Northerner and a Fulani shouldn't enter Aso rock, irrespective of what he promises

Obi should key into this subsidy removal thing and see himself cruising to victory. For us that will be an advantage for his campaign to become President. We are tired of PBAT, every sane Nigerian wants PBAT out.

Obi!, Obi!!, Obi!!!

How many times did I call you?

Marketers can decide to take the price to 5000 and nothing would happen. Tinubu is benefiting from the price increase. He is not fit to be president.

This is the raw truth. Even Dangote have made a mess of "we built Dangote refinery".

I like as Atiku is making the campaign issue based, so that Tinubu will not hide his incompetence under tribe, religious or ethnic sentiments
You guys should be realistic.

Atiku is only using a return to subsidy to gather votes. It even goes against his blueprint he has prepared for the economy.

It would be extremely hard to bring back subsidy. Removal of subsidy is entrenched through the PIA. In addition, all governors and local government chairmen and ward councillors would fight it tooth and nail through their senators in Congress. The return of subsidies will come from their monthly allocations.

Worse, the Naira would plunge in value. Tbe government would return to ways and means, which is the blatant printing of money by the CBN to lend to the federal government.

It's like Atiku doesn't even knows what he wants to do when in 2023 he promised to remove fuel subsidy ?
Government Federal said he's not going to pay for citizens to have cheap fuel. That should be States governments task to help their residents!

Atiku is now sounding very foolish and annoying.

Every sane Nigerian knows IPMAN's appeal is not for the sake of Nigerians, it's to protect their own profit margin.
now u done talk for your mind abi?
