I know an elderly family - a man and his wife- who are still cashing out from PXes over here. In fact, I got to know of the scheme through them. I think I will have to inform them of the new development tomorrow. I decided to hold my peace when I saw the update from Kogi State. But with this update from another state, it will be wicked of me to keep quiet.

I refuse to believe you sir. No scammer is so stupid enough to splash forged govt certificates all over it website. All the 4 - 5 govt approved certs are on PXes website for everyone to see. The point still remains that the Nigerian govt is complicit as regard stamping out corruption.

CAC licence and EFCC scuml is not proof that company can carry on a trade of money or capital markets, the right body is SEC.
Most times sec denounced all these companies, but people refused to yield, believing they can cash out before the crash

This was my point sir: Certification for anti-money laundering compliance through the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML). The EFCC does this with certain businesses, and PXes is one.

I just tried logging onto their website so I can download the cert and upload it here but the website isn't opening.

all these ponzi schemes exists in many countries of the world,the government usually flag them and creates awareness but it's left for be warned.
Its like doing ajo or all these online contributions amd when somethig happens you want the government to come and help you when you have diffwrent banks and companies that are registerwd with the NDIC.
