Do it at your own risk! I don't know what is wrong with people doing enlargement, why can't you go for your size as in woman, abi? You don't satisfy or enjoy sex by the size of your manhood.

A micro-tool remains a micro-tool, there is no way to enlarge it, biologically. The best way is a micriscope. One thing some people do is penile training. They attach small weights to their organ and try to let the weights push it down gravitationally. They claim it strengthens the organ. I have no evidence if it happens.

However, an extra-large organ is not desirable as it can hurt the partner.

To the question, never ever accept any enlargement treatment. Expanding the arteries or veins may only be temporary.

As for the man referenced, I doubt if his cause of death is what they said. No responsible clinic would ever disclose that a patient had 5 procedures. Why Thailand? Why not India? Or Japan or China?

It's easy to be quick to say no to penile enlargement and even berate those who have had such challenges. If you have ever had this challenge as a man, you will never be quick to berate those who are suffering from small penis syndrome, ED, or quick ejaculation. The mistake such men make is either to marry a woman who makes them feel inadequate because of their small penis. You can still perform with a small penis. As for ED, it's usually a health challenge: reduce weight, cut out sugar (especially Coke and beer), and deal with High BP. As for quick ejaculation, change to sex styles that cause less arousal; take it slow- no be sprint race- and do some Kegel exercises to help develop muscles to help retain semen more, and do plenty of pre-intimacy (90% of sex should be pre-intimacy). Na my 2cent advice be that

All these body parts alterations are an aberration to the cosmic balance and an upset to the ecological design of the human specie.

It's enough to advance knowledge to correct physical deformities and harness the bandwidth of the human mind through science, but this trend of changing the physicality that our existential biology has coined uniquely for everyone person, should be enough to deeply concern every sane and sound mind.

So small penis don turn deformity now? And who sets the parameters on what the acceptable penis size and length should be like?

Which award would I get by doing it? The earlier men know they're killing themselves softly by engaging in sex all the time,the better. If you like, enlarge your genital to the size of your arm or lengthen it longer than 6 inches, women's genital will still take it. No man's genital can be as big as the head of the baby that comes out of same place, neither can it ever be as long as the height of a new born that comes out of same place.
