Re: After Tinubu, Presidency Will Return To North - Zulum by ggood: 9:50am On Sep 14
During the Northern turn the south must also contest the same way Atiku contested
Re: After Tinubu, Presidency Will Return To North - Zulum by sharone21(f): 9:51am On Sep 14
Good governor.

Maybe, if Kwankwaso's deal doesn't work as President in 2031, Zulum comes in. If not, Zulum becomes VP to Wike.

1 term only will be best from 2031.
Re: After Tinubu, Presidency Will Return To North - Zulum by ggood: 9:57am On Sep 14
A southerner will contest in 2031 let the test how it's fell , we will support any southerner candidates in 2031
Hemanwel:
Governor Zulum, that is your zoning arrangement in the APC, and it's not constitutionally binding.

If there was an unwritten zoning arrangement, why is your brother, Atiku, contesting when it's still the turn of the south?

Besides, you people think you're wise up there. Your brothers contest in every election cycle, but when a southerner wins and serves for eight, you'll start talking about "your turn".

This is not about saying that competence belongs to one region or that people from other regions are not qualified. Nigeria has capable people in every part of the country. The question is simply about fairness and political rotation.

If other regions have had their opportunity, why should the South East be treated as though its turn does not matter?

After decades of political competition, it should not be controversial to say that every major region deserves a reasonable opportunity to produce the President. Rotation may not be written into the Constitution, but it has been an important political understanding in Nigeria because it helps promote inclusion, balance and national cohesion.

So, if the argument is genuinely about fairness, what exactly is wrong with the Presidency going to the South East?
This is not what we’re saying maam..

Tinubu has done more than 2 terms worth of pestilence, death and destruction.

Otherwise he wouldn't have the balls to say something like that.

What about those promoting the “Angel Michael of Agulu” ? grin

I mean the ones that have always called Nigeria derogatory names and always jubilate at every tragedy.

They put one leg in Aso Rock and the other leg in their online Country thinking the rest of us lack grey matter in our skulls.

They have been sowing “Guavas” all their lives, yet they want to reap “Pineapples”.

Whenever it is convenient for them, they will say “Nigeria Unite, Let’s Stand Up Together and Vote Wisely”. In reality, what they mean is: “I should throw away my own sure-banker “Devil” and vote for their own erratic “Angel Michael” whose agenda is to annex my ancestral land and usurp my rights, so that they can continue gloating about it like they did when their Agulu Messiah won Lagos in the 2023 Elections.

I never see those kind people before for my life.
.must every politician analysis end up in tribal fisticuffs and bigotry ? If the igbos support their own how is that a problem ? Do you not support your own tribal candidate ? Is it not a fundamental right to support the candidate of your choice ? After all how do you expect the igbos not to treat nigeria with suspicion when 50,000 innocent men, women and children were slaughtered in the northern pogroms,is it not the army itself that organised a barracks cleansing that wiped out 300+ igbo officers from the Nigerian army in a few days, was there ever any official enquiry about the massacres and you expect such survivors to love you pass their own brother.or rather rush enmass to enlist again in the army that killed their fathers

With your little brain, have you concluded that anyone who speaks in support of fairness for the South East must automatically be from the South East? You really need to grow up and open your mind.

Supporting fairness, equity, and equal opportunity is not a matter of tribe or geography. It is about recognizing that every region deserves a fair chance to participate in leadership.

Not every opinion that challenges your narrow thinking is tribalism. Sometimes, it is simply a different perspective from yours. Learn to engage with the argument instead of desperately trying to guess the tribe of the person making it.
Sadly no one will treat South East fairly if, like Obidients, you continue to resort to insults and abuse of others.

You must bide your time and reach out, as an example, no amount of abuse from Obidients will make Peter Obi president.

It is what is it.

Nobody mentioned Obidients or Peter Obi here, so I honestly don't understand why you keep dragging the conversation in that direction.

Not every discussion is about Peter Obi or the Obidient movement. You need to grow beyond this myopic way of looking at every issue and learn to engage with the actual subject being discussed.

Not everything has to be reduced to Obidients versus Peter Obi. Sometimes, an opinion is simply an opinion.

Re: After Tinubu, Presidency Will Return To North - Zulum by Terrahawk: 2:15pm On Sep 14
North and south Nigeria can no longer live in harmony and it's clear to see. It's time for the country to be restructured and split into 5 or 6 countries. We would agree to share the oil revenue for the next 15 years because, we have been together for 60 plus years. The 15 years will allow the individual countries enough time to build the necessary infrastructures it needs to survive, like major roads, ports, power stations, international airports, new smart well planned capital cities, etc. Also the south south will get the lion share of the split oil revenue, ( SS=12, NW= 6, NE=6, NC= 6, SE=6, SW=6. On average $42 billion oil revenue income) but after the 15 years elapses, no more oil sharing . Each country should finally now rely on their national resources and human capital etc. This will foster competition and development and it's the way to go as no one will feel left out or marginalised. We should share the same independence day of 1st Oct for the individual countries. Everyone would be happy. Our descendants will forever thank us. God bless 🙏🏼

Anything to lobby the northerners. What has presidency brought them all these years?

Tinubu will finish dealing with Nigerians and a Northerner comes to continue it. If voters fail to reason properly come 2027, then they should continue to groan in an everlasting pain
Presidency didn't bring the north anything abi, then why are the south east moaning and groaning that Nigeria will not allow them to rule.

If Tinubu deals with Nigeria, how is it your problem? After all south east didn't vote him.

* Nigerian voters reasoned properly which is why Nigeria rejected Obi who was looking for mass deaths in Nigeria.
* Nigerian voters reasoned properly which is why Nigeria rejected Obi who was fighting a religious war in the name of politics
* Nigerian voters reasoned properly which is why Nigeria rejected Obi who is a terrorist sympathiser
* Nigerian voters reasoned properly which is why Nigeria rejected Obi who increased poverty from 45% to 52% in Anambra while he was governor
* Nigerian voters reasoned properly which is why Nigeria rejected Obi who murdered over 250 Anambra youths and dumped their dead bodies in Ezu river
* Nigerian voters reasoned properly which is why Nigeria rejected Obi who was deporting northerners out of Anambra while he was governor
* Nigerian voters reasoned properly which is why Nigeria rejected Obi created registers for Northerners and prevented northerners from free movement while he was governor of Anambra
Etc

Re: After Tinubu, Presidency Will Return To North - Zulum by Aguogba(m): 5:58pm On Sep 14
Same way any right thinking Nigerian should know the following
1.Muslim-Muslim ticket is wrong
2.Presidential aspirants should come to a debate to defend their manifesto/promises
3. Aspirants should have FSLC/SSCE
4. President is not supposed to appoint INEC CHAIRMAN
And the list continues.

Therefore, RIGHT THINKING and NIGERIAN has no business being in the same sentence.

That is not DEMOCRACY. Imagine telling the majority not to contest...is that not madness? The NE and NC should make themselves valuable.

helinues:
That should be logical..NE and NC should be preparing.

NW should stay out as they have completed their turn

How many presidential candidates do we have from the Southern regions? Anyone interested in contesting for any election is free to do so, but there are some decision makers making some decisions that might not favour anyhow person
