Ojuju1:Am not a Doctor, but Doctor's can't help you cause they believe its psychological. You can't really get a definitive directive. But I will state things you should check and eliminate. First is parasites- there are different parasite with different treatments. Some you cannot kill with any known drug. So you need to study about helminths, liver flukes and most especially filaria worms. Look at their symptons and if any matches treat it. If you have access overseas you can go for parasite identification tests. Most worms will die from Albendazole and Mabendazole. But filaria worms can't be killed by any known drug. But their is a drug called ivermectin or mectizin. It paralyses a broad range of worms but does not kill them. The only way to use it against filaria worms is to take it daily about four tablets a day for about three months, and starve the worms to death while they are paralysed. But the caveat is that ivermectin can harm the liver. So becareful ,do not do if your liver is not healthy from lab tests. stop if you notice any liver related signs or if you know your liver us bad. You need patience as it will take months. First try albenazole and ivermectin. You will know if you are getting relief. Read the dosage on the albendazole, and give the required gap before repeating it. But invermectin you can do for 3 months if your liver is okay. When you have done 3 courses of albendazole(best is zentel, kind of costly, first treatment use zentel, subsequent you can try emzor) over 5 days with 2 weeks interval in between. You know you have eliminated most common round worms but not filaria worms if present. Then turn to tape worm. Treatment is with praziquentel. Do several courses of treatment with required interval. Please note that most Doctors are taught in school that tape worm only live in the stomach. That's a lie. Tape worm larve migrate allover the body including into the brain. They stay wherever and cause problems cause they can only grow into adults in the stomach. There is also a roundworm that does something similar but calcified after causing you muscle aches for months. I forgot to mention that Wormin is the trade name of Mabendazole. If you take it more than the stated days your stomach upset will be something else. There are also liver flukes, but I do not remember the drug for the. Check online. You continue ivermectin while treating these other parasites one by one. For filaria worms and tape worms, there is an experimental drug called Emodepside. The development is kind of stalled so its not available for human use. But you can get a vetinary formulation called profender. Only do this if you are sure you have filaria worms based on symptons. You need to study them to tell which one as there are several. That's it on parasite front. Do entirly at your own risk, am taking any form of responsibility or providing any assurance. Now the second front that can be responsible is fungal infection. Two places to look at is internal and on your skin. Fungal infection have only two drugs, one is flucaonzole. The other is an injection which only a Doctor can give you as it requires constant monitoring. Take repeated treatment based on the dosage on the pamphlet. Space out fungal treatment from parasitic treatments to avoid roasting your liver. But do the fungal treatment early on. For the skin version. Change your bedding, mattresses. Fumigate with liquid insecticide. After that soak you beddings with vinegar. Vinegar kills fungai easily. Repeat severally, like monthly. After taking your bath clean your scalp with 5% vinegar. Once in two months you can clean your whole body. Mind you vinegar on your skin quickly absorbs into you body. It can wipe off all your digestive microbes and you start having problems digesting food. So put it on fast, by the time you are done with your whole body wait just 10 seconds or less and wash it all off in an overflowing shower with abundant water. Third front. Nerves Problems Vitamin B12 can lead your nerves firing is different directions. You can go test you B12 levels or you can try supplementing B12 and see how it goes. Too much B12 is a problem and will cause fatigue. Also too little is also a problem and will cause fatigue. So if you take B12 and you are start feeling weak stop. Or if you take it and initially feel better but later feel fatigue, the take it like once in a month or two. Do not use Cyannacobalamine, it has cyanide and can become a problem. Rather use methylcobalammine. It's costlier and only big pharmacies carry it. Do not start with B12 that combines folic acid. You can try those later when you understand how you body responds to it. Your most effective tool here is ivermectin. It will paralyze anything even malaria parasites, but it does not kill anything. So do not abuse it, but you can have it handy for bad days. It can harm not just liver but mitochondria related metabolism. But the first Question I should have asked is what is your line of work? Are you a field person that comes in contact with unknown forest or Bush insects. You need to understand that same way mosquitos carry plasmodium parasites. There are at least 20 or more other insects that carry parasites deadlier than plasmodium. Do not ever let insects perch on you and think it's harmless. Especially insects that breed in stagnant ponds. Once they are too tiny to identify we call them sandfly. They are plenty, tse tse fly, black fly, deer fly, mutu mutu etc. Anything sucking your blood is passing something to you. Some of the things they pass to you are unknown to western medicine, that's why they refer to them as Neglected tropical diseases. They are primarily in West Central Africa and Amazon first of South America. A few originate from tropical Asia |

| Re: Help! Moving Objects All Over My Body by GerogeI(m): 7:34pm On Sep 10 |
DECC:H. Pylori is a bacteria that has been made more popular by proton pump inhibitors or omeprazole. When you stomach stops producing acid due to omeprazole H.Pylori tries and you keep figthing a losing battle with antibiotics. Do not focus first on H. Pylori. Rather on healing the ulcer wound, with strong antioxidants. Raw or slightly boilled Beet Roots Juice will heal your ulcer in two weeks, you can then kill off excess H.pylori with antibiotics. But I doubt the OPs problem is merely ulcer, he might have a Leaky Gut though. |

This is a real and known symptom, but it has several possible underlying causes — so a "one-size" home remedy isn't the safe way to approach it. A sensation of things moving/crawling on or under the skin can come from: Actual skin conditions — parasitic infections (like scabies), fungal infections, or allergic reactions can create sensations that feel like movement, especially with itching involved. Nerve-related causes — conditions affecting the nerves (including some vitamin deficiencies, diabetes-related nerve changes, or other neurological issues) can cause a crawling or tingling sensation without any visible cause on the skin itself. Skin dryness and irritation — severely dry or irritated skin can sometimes produce sensations that feel like something is moving. Medication or substance-related causes — certain medications and substances are known to cause this specific sensation. Because the possible causes range from mild to needing urgent attention, the responsible next step is a proper in-person evaluation — starting with a doctor or dermatologist, not a forum diagnosis. They can examine the skin directly, ask about other symptoms, and run any needed tests (blood work, skin scraping, etc.) to actually identify the cause. Trying to self-treat "objects" without knowing what's actually happening could delay treating something that needs real attention. If this is something you're personally experiencing and it's been going on for a while, I'd really encourage seeing a doctor soon rather than waiting — some of the causes are very manageable once properly diagnosed, but they do need a professional to pin down which one it is. |

I'm sorry you've been going through this for so long — that's a lot to carry. One thing that stands out: you've had scans and tests for the stomach specifically, but symptoms across your head, legs, and scrotum too suggest it might be worth seeing more than just a gastroenterologist. A proper work-up with a neurologist alongside your GI doctor (checked together, not separately) can pick up things a single specialist might miss. Also ask specifically for a full peripheral nerve and skin sensation exam — sensations like this are sometimes linked to nerve-related causes that don't always show up on standard scans. I'd push for a teaching hospital or specialist center if you haven't tried one yet, since they run broader panels. Wishing you a real answer soon — please don't give up on getting it properly investigated. |

Ojuju1:I wish the short cut was the way. This ain't something you will get the best through general social space conversation. A systematic neurological and metabolic assessment should be more useful than repeatedly treating symptoms like ulcer or assuming they are caused by something supernatural. Nerve conduction test, B12, folate tests and quite a few others. Ulcer won't be cured if underlying causes aren't addressed. |

Ohyoudidnt:Can I do these test in a lab and show you the results? |
| Re: Help! Moving Objects All Over My Body by Ohyoudidnt: 8:48pm On Sep 14 |
Ojuju1:Afraid not, I am not a medical practitioner myself and left medical administration pretty long ago however getting the tests done will give you good footing to see a specialist. Do the test and try out federal medical centres as a start, general hospitals may take long. The very best wishes and try to self condition against worry. A little nutmeg, magnesium supplements at night with conscious effort to sleep should help. |

Ojuju1:Hello my brother, I really pity your condition. I have a close relative which has been battling this same condition for over 30years. He has tried different stuff in the medical line to no avail Just like some of the suggestions here; microfilaria, vitamin b deficiencies , parasite and what have you but still yet no solution. Over the years, money that should have been spent to do something tangible was spent as medical expenses without no results. This is Africa, there are powers and principalities, please try to seek spiritual assistance for your plight. I pray that the universe will send someone your way to assist you in your quest to find solutions |
