You should be more realistic, than using a textbook definition of extra judicial killing. The appellation of the guy in question says it all, and if you have seen those animals operate you would understand better. So many innocent lives has been lost today, because those guys take laws into their hands to satisfy the demonic needs of their paymasters. Once again, good riddance.
