Is it just me or has anyone seen one?.

We see lots of feminine men who still retain their girly gesticulation even after marriage and kids.

But i havent seen women act boyish like the Tom boys i knew in my university days.

Mental maturity doesn't happen at the same time for everyone. The more intelligent among us gain higher state of consciousness relatively early, seeing connections that most people are blind to. Most tend to mature in their mid-20s, but the dimmer ones do so much later. While it is not uncommon to see teenage tom-boys(12~17 yrs) tom boys at 25 years and older are mentally defective adults.
